Please read these terms carefully. By accessing Mrakdon, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms protect both you and us to ensure a safe, reliable platform.

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mrakdon ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Platform's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

02. Description of Services

Mrakdon provides a suite of Markdown-related tools, including but not limited to:

  • Static Markdown templates for download.
  • AI-powered content generation services.
  • Educational insights and articles.

03. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. Mrakdon will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

04. Billing, Credits & Refunds

Virtual Currency ("Credits")

Credits purchased on Mrakdon are a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use digital features of the Platform. Credits have no monetary value outside of the Platform and cannot be exchanged for cash.

No Refunds: All purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Since Mrakdon provides immediate access to digital goods, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the purchase is confirmed.

Taxes (PPN/VAT): Prices displayed may exclude applicable taxes. If you are located in Indonesia, a Value Added Tax (PPN) of 11% (or the prevailing rate) will be added to the total transaction amount. You are responsible for paying any governmental taxes imposed on your use of the Service.

Exchange Rates: We use real-time exchange rates (USD to IDR). The final amount charged to your payment method may vary slightly due to gateway processing fees or bank currency conversion rates.

05. AI Generation & Accuracy

Experimental Nature: The content generation tools on Mrakdon utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI technologies are experimental and evolving.

Accuracy Warning: Outputs generated by our AI may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. You agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any content generated by the Platform before using it in production or publishing it.

No Professional Advice: The AI is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice. Mrakdon is not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

06. Intellectual Property

Platform Content: The source code, design, logos, and architecture of Mrakdon are owned by us and protected by copyright laws.

Generated Content: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the rights to the Markdown content you generate using our tools. However, you grant Mrakdon a worldwide, royalty-free license to process your inputs to provide the service.

07. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
  • Use the AI generator to create spam or malicious code.
  • Overburden or stress-test our API infrastructure ("DDoS").

08. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MRAKDON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

09. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service (and any remaining Credits) will immediately cease.
