Mrakdon provides a suite of Markdown-related tools, including but not limited to:
- Static Markdown templates for download.
- AI-powered content generation services.
- Educational insights and articles.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
03. User Accounts & Security
If you create an account on the Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.
04. AI Generation & Accuracy
Experimental Nature: The content generation tools on Mrakdon utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI technologies are experimental and evolving.
Accuracy Warning: Outputs generated by our AI may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. You agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any content generated by the Platform before using it in production or publishing it.
No Professional Advice: The AI is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice. Mrakdon is not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
05. Intellectual Property
Platform Content: The source code, design, logos, and architecture of Mrakdon are owned by us and protected by copyright laws.
Generated Content: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the rights to the Markdown content you generate using our tools. However, you grant Mrakdon a worldwide, royalty-free license to process your inputs to provide the service.
06. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
- Use the AI generator to create spam or malicious code.
- Overburden or stress-test our API infrastructure ("DDoS").
07. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MRAKDON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
08. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Mrakdon and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another (including copyright infringement via AI generation).
09. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
